About the role
Join the Dahlia poolside team at Sofitel Dubai Downtown as a Waiter/Waitress. You will deliver exceptional service to guests enjoying the pool area, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a luxurious setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
Required profile
- Experience in poolside operations.
- Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Capable of working well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
