About the role

Caxton Associates is seeking experienced Portfolio Managers to join its Dubai office. The role involves managing a significant capital allocation across a variety of strategies, contributing to a collaborative, research‑driven environment, and generating alpha for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Independently create, execute, and monitor an alpha‑driven investment strategy for a sizable capital allocation.
• Construct portfolios that aim for asymmetric returns with low correlation to traditional markets.
• Implement robust risk management and continuously assess positions and investment theses.
• Collaborate with a global team, sharing insights on macroeconomic trends, geopolitics, and market developments.
• Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and internal risk controls.

Required profile

• Proven track record in portfolio management with a Sharpe Ratio greater than 1.5.
• Minimum of 5 years managing capital, preferably within a hedge fund.
• Strong desire to work in a highly collaborative global team and learn from peers.
