Portfolio Manager – Precious Metals Investment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee and expand a portfolio of investor clients focused on precious metals. The role involves building long‑term relationships, increasing assets under management, and delivering tailored investment solutions across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of active investor clients.
• Conduct structured portfolio reviews and recommend rebalancing strategies.
• Advise clients on investment‑grade gold, silver and diversification.
• Execute repeat investment transactions, product swaps, buy‑backs and reinvestments.
• Provide regular market updates and investment insights.
• Increase AUM through consultative selling and cross‑selling storage solutions.
• Collaborate with the telesales team to improve lead quality and handovers.
• Represent the business at client meetings and investment events across the GCC.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory or precious‑metals sales.
• Proven track record of managing investor portfolios and growing client AUM.
• Strong understanding of gold and silver markets, macro‑economic trends, interest rates, USD movements, geopolitical risk and ETF flows.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian or Farsi are advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CISI are desirable.
• Willingness to travel across the GCC.
