About the role

The Public Health Research Center at NYU Abu Dhabi is hiring a Post-Doctoral Associate to work on the UAE Healthy Future Study, a large cohort of Emirati nationals. The role involves leading and contributing to extensive epidemiological analyses focused on chronic disease risk factors and health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to large‑scale epidemiological analyses of the UAE Healthy Future Study cohort.
  • Investigate lifestyle, behavioral, and clinical determinants of chronic and complex diseases.

Required profile

  • PhD in epidemiology, public health, biostatistics, population health, or a related field.
  • No more than five years post‑PhD, with a strong publication record and experience handling large population‑based datasets.

Required skills

  • Statistical modeling and longitudinal data analysis using Stata.
  • Proficiency with SPSS, R, and Python for data analysis.
