Pre-Sales Consultant – Cybersecurity

About the role

As a Pre‑Sales Consultant – Cybersecurity at Ingram Micro, you will help organisations across the UAE strengthen their security posture by designing and positioning innovative cybersecurity solutions that address real business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams and channel partners to identify customer security challenges and translate them into tailored solutions.
• Design and present solution architectures covering security operations, identity and access management, threat detection, network, cloud and data protection.
• Lead technical consultations, product demonstrations, workshops and proof‑of‑concept engagements for customers and partners.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the pre‑sales cycle, helping stakeholders evaluate solutions and make informed decisions.
• Contribute to partner enablement initiatives, knowledge‑sharing sessions and technical best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cybersecurity pre‑sales, solution consulting, security architecture or technical advisory roles supporting enterprise customers.
• Strong expertise in IAM, DLP, firewall and network security, threat detection and response, and zero‑trust principles.
• Hands‑on experience with SSO, MFA, PAM, secure web gateways, CASB, insider risk protection and data security controls.
• Familiarity with leading vendor solutions such as Okta and Forcepoint.
