About the role
We are seeking a Price & Promotion Senior Client Lead to drive the implementation of our Customer First strategy for a key retail client in Dubai. The role focuses on shaping price and promotion strategies that align with the annual Statement of Work and deliver measurable ROI.
Key responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key counterparts within the retailer client.
- Champion the Customer First strategy and ensure its execution across price and promotion initiatives.
- Align price and promotion activities with the annual Statement of Work (SOW).
- Enhance client satisfaction and maximize return on investment.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Price & Promotion methodologies within retail or manufacturing contexts.
- Track record of driving commercial value through solution and service sales.
- Expertise in managing key stakeholders and collaborating with retailers and manufacturers.
- 5‑7 years of experience in a capability or client‑lead role.
