About the role
We are seeking a Price & Promotion Senior Client Lead to drive the Customer First strategy for our retail client in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering price and promotion solutions that enhance client satisfaction and maximize ROI.
Key responsibilities
- Champion the implementation of the Customer First strategy.
- Develop and execute price and promotion strategies aligned with the annual Statement of Work.
- Enhance client satisfaction and maximize return on investment.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Price & Promotion methodologies within retail or manufacturing.
- Track record of driving commercial value through solutions and services.
- Expertise in managing key stakeholders and collaborating with retailers/manufacturers.
- 5‑7 years of experience in a capability/client lead role.
