About the role
Senda Green Shipping is expanding its logistics operations in Dubai and seeks a motivated Pricing & Customer Service Executive. The role combines customer support with pricing assistance, ensuring smooth shipping processes.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
- Prepare and assist with pricing and quotation requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Support daily shipping and documentation processes.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of UAE import and export regulations.
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
