Principal Architect

About the role

Based in our Dubai office, Jacobs is seeking a Principal Architect to lead delivery teams across multiple large‑scale projects, from concept through IFC stages. You will work on residential, mixed‑use, hospitality, healthcare and infrastructure developments.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and deliver Revit projects for large, multi‑stakeholder developments.
• Utilise major design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe and MS Office.
• Manage complex projects across residential, luxury hospitality, mixed‑use and commercial sectors.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
• Prepare and submit authority applications and client presentations.
• Deliver designs within budget and review project specifications and BOQs.

Required profile

• Approximately 15 years of experience, operating at a senior level.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience as a Lead Architect with a high‑end project portfolio.
• Confident client and stakeholder communication skills.
