Principal BIM Information Manager – Structures

About the role

WSP is looking for an experienced Principal BIM / Information Manager (Structures) to lead BIM coordination and information management for multidisciplinary projects across the Middle East. You will work closely with structural engineering teams, project managers and design leads to ensure consistent BIM processes and ISO 19650 compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the BIM and Information Management lead for the Structural Engineering business across the Middle East and GCC.
• Develop and enforce BIM Execution Plans, Information Delivery Plans and regional digital delivery strategies.
• Lead BIM mobilisation, model federation, coordination reviews and issue‑resolution workflows across architecture, MEP, infrastructure and specialist disciplines.
• Oversee creation of BIM models, templates, families and schedules using Revit, Navisworks, Revizto and Autodesk Forma.
• Promote BIM audits, health checks, quality control procedures and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering or related field.
• 12–15 years of AEC experience with at least 8 years in BIM leadership on large multidisciplinary projects.
• Proven track record implementing ISO 19650 information‑management workflows in the Middle East.
