About the role

Join MoEngage’s Solutions Consulting team in Dubai to lead the most technically demanding enterprise evaluations across the MENA region. You will blend value‑selling expertise with deep technical knowledge to help large customers uncover hidden opportunities in their data, systems, and customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical strategy for complex enterprise evaluations, building value cases around unrecognized data and system opportunities.
• Lead discovery, solution design, and technical validations for prospects with legacy core systems, multiple regional entities, and strict compliance requirements.
• Present MoEngage’s architecture and AI decisioning engine in detail to senior stakeholders, ensuring technical proof holds up under security and engineering scrutiny.
• Design and run proof‑of‑concepts, security reviews, and compliance assessments, including data residency and infrastructure architecture.
• Mentor other Solutions Consultants, share best practices, and contribute reusable assets such as reference architectures and RFP response frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with Sales leadership on account strategy and deal planning for top regional opportunities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in pre‑sales, solutions consulting, technical account management, or similar roles, with a track record of leading multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong executive presence and ability to present to VP‑level and C‑suite audiences.
• Existing right to work in the UAE and willingness to travel across the MENA region.
