About the role
A global private equity firm is seeking a Private Equity Associate to join its investment team in Dubai. The role offers the opportunity to deploy capital across multiple sectors within an active sovereign wealth fund platform.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute investment opportunities across a range of sectors.
- Support capital deployment through rigorous financial analysis and due diligence.
- Contribute to deal origination, structuring, and execution processes.
- Prepare investment materials and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of investment banking experience at a top‑10 global investment bank based in the UK or Europe.
- Background in a generalist M&A team strongly preferred.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to assess investment opportunities across multiple industries.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, deal‑driven environment.
