About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Private Housekeeping Supervisor and House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high‑end private residence in Dubai. The role involves ensuring the household runs smoothly, maintaining impeccable standards, and supporting family events.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all maids and domestic staff.
• Control laundry, ironing and ensure quality of linen.
• Inspect daily cleaning tasks and uphold cleanliness standards.
• Organise household duties and schedules, including staff rotas.
• Prepare the residence for events, family gatherings and special occasions.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and household inventories.
• Maintain overall household standards and report any issues.

Required profile

• Fresh candidates or individuals with little to no prior experience.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a team and communicate effectively.
