Process Automation Expert – M365 & Azure

About the role

Our client in Dubai is seeking a Process Automation Expert to lead the design and delivery of AI‑driven workflows across finance, HR and procurement. The role will use Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies to replace manual tasks with scalable, automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify repetitive manual processes in finance, HR and procurement and automate them using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
• Design, build and maintain workflows in Power Automate, including flows, approvals and ALM, and integrate them with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Graph.
• Collaborate with business users to document, standardise and hand over automated solutions, ensuring smooth adoption.
• Support enterprise AI initiatives such as ChatGPT Enterprise and M365 Copilot, and drive Copilot Studio roll‑outs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in process automation with M365 and Azure.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Resident in the UAE with a valid UAE visa (Golden, spouse or self‑sponsored).
