About the role
The Processor is responsible for accurate and timely processing of escrow and related banking transactions, ensuring compliance with internal controls, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Process escrow transactions and input required data into core banking and escrow management systems.
- Maintain and archive transaction records in line with audit and internal control requirements.
- Review documentation, identify discrepancies, and promptly escalate exceptions.
- Update BPM and other operational systems to keep workflow information current.
- Support audit readiness by providing required documentation and ensuring process compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking operations or transaction processing.
- Understanding of banking transaction‑processing procedures, controls, and documentation requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
- Good organizational, communication, problem‑solving and ownership skills.
