Procurement Executive

About the role

As a Procurement Executive you will lead the purchasing function for the Earth Jumeirah Beach hotel while supporting corporate procurement across the Earth Hotels portfolio. You will ensure that all goods and services are sourced at the right quality, cost and time to enable a successful pre‑opening and ongoing operation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full purchasing cycle for the hotel, from approved requisition through purchase order issuance and delivery.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to capture specifications, quantities and delivery dates, and ensure all requests are approved before ordering.
• Track outstanding orders, monitor lead times, and proactively follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate OS&E procurement for the hotel and corporate requirements, maintaining detailed trackers for specifications, budgets, approvals and delivery status.
• Obtain supplier quotations, samples and commercial information, and flag potential delays or supply risks early.
• Support final OS&E readiness checks and handover to relevant hotel departments ahead of opening.
• Maintain corporate procurement trackers, supplier records and purchasing documentation for Earth Hotels headquarters.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate purchasing, negotiate pricing, delivery timelines and payment terms within authority limits.
• Develop and maintain supplier databases, procurement templates and standards for future properties.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end procurement processes, preferably in a hospitality environment.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams such as Operations, Design, Finance and senior management.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
