Procurement Executive – Media & Marketing Category

About the role

The Procurement Executive will lead category and sourcing strategies for Media and Marketing across Al‑Futtaim Group divisions. You will manage high‑value, complex projects, oversee a spend of over AED 100 million and ensure compliance with group procurement policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own sourcing strategies for Media & Marketing, linking them to cost‑saving and risk‑mitigation targets.
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing projects (RFI, RFP, RFQ) for high‑value initiatives, selecting appropriate negotiation tactics.
• Negotiate, structure and manage supplier contracts, coordinating with Legal and Finance.
• Monitor procurement compliance, drive supplier improvement plans and manage risk.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, aligning procurement activities with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or recognized procurement certification (CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
• 4‑5+ years of progressive procurement, category management or strategic sourcing experience.
• Proven track record leading strategic sourcing projects and managing key supplier relationships, preferably in Marketing or Advertising.
