Procurement Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to design and implement cost‑effective sourcing strategies for our construction projects in Fujairah. The role focuses on reducing procurement expenses while ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative, cost‑effective procurement strategies.
• Identify and engage profitable suppliers and establish partnerships.
• Negotiate advantageous terms with vendors.
• Approve purchase orders and coordinate delivery of goods and services.
• Review and maintain existing contracts for feasibility.
• Track and report metrics to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify specifications.
• Assess risks of potential contracts and agreements.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with vendors.
• Control the procurement budget and promote long‑term savings.
• Oversee systems tracking shipments, inventory, and material supply.
• Prepare regular procurement reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in the construction sector (Civil and MEP).
• Strong analytical, decision‑making, and leadership abilities.
• Experience in contract preparation, review, and negotiation.
