Procurement Manager

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead its procurement team for the upcoming integrated resort. The role involves overseeing buyers, driving cost‑effective sourcing, and ensuring high‑quality supplier performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Buyers, assign tasks, monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Create, develop and execute quotations and RFPs to secure competitive proposals.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Maintain market awareness, develop category strategies and manage supplier relationships.
• Develop, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Management or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum three years of procurement management experience in a large organization.
• Strong organisational, communication and analytical abilities.
• Self‑motivated, team‑oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with BirchStreet procurement software.
• Proficiency in SharePoint.
