About the role
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in banking or financial services procurement, especially across IT, technology, and corporate procurement categories. The role involves strategic sourcing and managing supplier relationships within the financial sector.
Required profile
- 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing.
- Proven procurement experience within the banking or financial services sector, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
- Strong hands‑on experience in IT and technology procurement.
- Experience managing diverse procurement categories, including IT/Technology, indirect and corporate procurement.
- Strong understanding of the banking industry, financial services ecosystem, technology landscape, and market trends.
- Broad industry knowledge with the ability to benchmark suppliers, commercial models, procurement practices, and emerging solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
