About the role
We are seeking a Procurement Officer with hands‑on Odoo ERP experience to manage purchasing, supplier coordination and material availability for a leading automotive company in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end procurement through Odoo ERP.
- Handle RFQs, purchase orders and vendor bills.
- Source suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
- Maintain vendor records and evaluate supplier performance.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse and finance teams.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely material availability.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the automotive/technical industry.
- Hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP Procurement module.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Based in Dubai/UAE preferred; immediate joiners favored.
