About the role
A leading automotive company in Dubai is hiring a Procurement Officer with hands-on Odoo ERP experience to manage purchasing, supplier coordination, RFQs, purchase orders and material availability. The position is based in Dubai, UAE, and immediate joiners are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement through Odoo ERP
- Handle RFQs, purchase orders and vendor bills
- Source suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery terms
- Maintain vendor records and evaluate supplier performance
- Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse and Finance
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely material availability
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive or technical industry
- Arabic and English are mandatory; candidates based in Dubai/UAE are preferred
Required skills
- Hands-on experience with the Odoo ERP procurement module
- Strong negotiation, vendor management and coordination skills
