Procurement Specialist

About the role

Qureos Inc is looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join its dynamic team in Dubai. The role focuses on managing end‑to‑end sourcing, vendor negotiations and logistics coordination for international trade operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective procurement and sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous terms and contracts.
• Identify, evaluate and build relationships with profitable suppliers.
• Approve and finalize purchases, contracts and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate outbound logistics and manage shipment schedules.
• Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and delivery advice.
• Track procurement metrics to improve effectiveness and reduce costs.
• Conduct contract reviews to ensure compliance.
• Lead sourcing initiatives to drive cost‑efficiency and enhance supplier performance.
• Use data analytics for decision‑making and reporting to management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
• Monitor and manage supply‑chain risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement within logistics and international trade.
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on cost reduction.
• Good understanding of export documentation and shipment coordination.
