Procurement Tailspend Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Tailspend Analyst to join our finance team and help drive cost efficiencies across the organization. The role focuses on analysing low‑value spend data, identifying consolidation opportunities and supporting supplier negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse spend data to uncover trends, savings opportunities and risks.
• Segment spend by supplier, category and business unit.
• Identify and recommend supplier consolidation and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor procurement performance.
• Support RFQs, spot buying and supplier negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contracts.
• Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders to improve data accuracy.
• Drive process‑improvement and automation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Supply Chain.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement or spend analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, look‑ups).
• Power BI (preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Ariba.
