Product Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Product Analyst to join our fast‑moving SaaS team in the United Arab Emirates. In this role you will turn user behavior and platform data into clear, actionable insights that shape product strategy and roadmap priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end user behavior analysis, including journeys, engagement patterns, session depth and usage frequency across customer segments.
• Monitor feature performance, adoption rates and experiment results to identify drivers of product value.
• Conduct cohort, funnel, retention and expansion analyses to uncover trends and predict lifecycle outcomes.
• Identify friction points, drop‑offs and underperforming areas and translate findings into structured, actionable recommendations.
• Define, track and maintain core product KPIs, ensuring consistency and reliability across reporting layers.
• Provide analytical input to product leadership, supporting roadmap decisions and early detection of product health risks.

Required profile

• 3‑6+ years of experience in product analytics, SaaS analytics or data‑driven product environments.
• Strong quantitative reasoning, structured thinking and ability to work with incomplete or evolving data.
• Proven track record of translating complex data into executive‑ready insights.
• Experience collaborating closely with product managers and cross‑functional teams in high‑growth settings.
