Product Designer – Checkout Experience (Hybrid, Dubai)

About the role

Ounass, the leading luxury e‑commerce platform in the Middle East, is seeking a Product Designer to shape the checkout experience across desktop web, mobile web and native mobile applications. Based in Dubai, the position is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers and data analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop user‑centered designs for the checkout flow, informed by market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics and usability research.
• Partner with engineers and product managers to translate concepts into functional prototypes and final designs.
• Create wireframes, mock‑ups and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
• Iterate designs based on testing results and performance data to improve conversion and user satisfaction.
• Maintain consistency with the brand’s design system and ensure accessibility standards are met.

Required profile

• Strong passion for fashion, technology and luxury e‑commerce.
• Proven experience designing digital products, preferably in an e‑commerce or retail environment.
• Excellent visual and interaction design sensibility.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to cross‑functional teams.
• Based in Dubai and able to work onsite as required.
