Product Designer

About the role

The Product Designer joins the Brand Team to create and develop all product touchpoints for a luxury Maison, from fragrance bottles to gifting accessories. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Director, the role translates marketing briefs into high‑end, production‑ready designs that uphold the brand’s visual identity and luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Transform marketing briefs into compelling product concepts and design solutions.
• Design primary and secondary packaging for fragrances and ancillary products.
• Create collateral and promotional assets such as gifting sets, coffrets, GWP items, samples, and blotters.
• Produce high‑quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and physical mock‑ups using AI tools and external model makers.
• Prepare and deliver technical artwork files for product development and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Purchasing, Operations, and external vendors to ensure feasibility and quality.
• Review prototypes, color standards, materials, decorations, and production samples to maintain design integrity.
• Support innovation projects and contribute to the continuous evolution of the Maison’s product offering.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product, Packaging, or Industrial Design.
• Previous experience in luxury, fragrance, or related premium industries.
• Proven track record of taking products from concept through industrial production.
• Strong understanding of luxury brand visual identity and standards.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product managers, developers, and external suppliers.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Blender (or similar 3D modeling software).
