Product Development Specialist – Color

About the role

Huda Beauty is seeking a Product Development Specialist focused on color to own end‑to‑end creation of new colour cosmetics, from trend spotting to formula development and supplier coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market trends and translate them into compelling beauty concepts and mood boards.
• Manage development trackers, create detailed product briefs, and lead colour projects through formulation, testing and production.
• Communicate texture and shade direction to suppliers, evaluate samples, and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with PD operations, marketing and design teams to drive ideas from concept to launch.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of corporate experience in beauty or a creative industry.
• Strong understanding of formulation basics, textures, finishes and colour payoff.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
• Passion for makeup and knowledge of the beauty market.
