About the role
Mastercard is looking for a Product Management Intern for the Summer 2027 term in Dubai. As an intern you will be assigned to a business unit where you will learn, develop new skills, and gain valuable on‑the‑job experience. You will understand how Mastercard builds business cases for new product opportunities, creates scalable customer‑centric solutions, and drives them to market. The internship program also offers mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals, networking opportunities with peers and senior leaders, professional development experiences, exposure to innovative technologies, and volunteer/community‑engagement activities.
Required profile
- Penultimate‑year student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, graduating between Dec 2027 and July 2028
- Available to work full‑time for 10‑12 weeks starting June 2027
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible, adaptive and a strong collaborator
- Well‑planned, organized and able to manage time and work effectively
