Product Manager – Commercial Cards (SME Prepaid)

About the role

NeoStats is looking for a senior Product Manager to design, build and launch a prepaid card and wallet proposition for micro and small businesses in the UAE. You will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from value proposition definition and BIN set‑up through go‑live, commercialization and ongoing optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle of the SME prepaid card/wallet, translating the customer value proposition into business requirements, features, pricing and servicing models.
• Coordinate launch activities across technology, operations, risk, finance and marketing teams, as well as scheme advisors, processors and fintech partners to meet all technical and regulatory dependencies.
• Design and execute acquisition strategies across business‑banking channels, building onboarding and first‑90‑day journeys that maximise activation, first load and early usage.
• Manage the product portfolio and P&L, monitoring performance, identifying optimisation opportunities and ensuring compliance with scheme mandates and regulations.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of product management experience in payments or commercial card domains.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex launch timelines.
• Strong understanding of BIN configuration, KYC/AML flows, scheme onboarding and fee structures.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to translate business needs into technical specifications.
