Product Manager, Medical Devices - META

About the role

The Product Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies for the Acute Care & Sage portfolios across the META region, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Türkiye, and South Africa. Working as an individual contributor, you will collaborate closely with sales, customer service, events, and other stakeholders to drive product growth and market success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Drive product positioning, messaging, and value articulation across customer segments.
• Partner with sales teams to create tools, training, and communication resources.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives such as product launches, business cases, and clinical evidence projects.
• Monitor performance KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or commercial strategy.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
