Product Manager – RCM Healthcare

About the role

The Product Manager – RCM Healthcare will own the full product lifecycle for revenue cycle management solutions, guiding them from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. Based in Dubai, this on‑site role works closely with engineering, data science, design and business teams to deliver AI‑driven tools for claims processing, billing and payment integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse user and market needs to shape product strategy and road‑maps.
• Write clear product requirements and prioritise features for development.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution with engineering, data science and design.
• Engage healthcare providers, payers and regulators to ensure compliance and workflow alignment.
• Monitor product performance metrics, gather feedback and iterate to improve efficiency and user experience.

Required profile

• Strong product management experience, including roadmap planning and stakeholder communication.
• Background in revenue cycle management, claims processing or health‑insurance operations.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams building AI, data analytics and software solutions.
• Proficiency in data‑driven decision making and market research.
