Product Manager – Talent & Culture

About the role

Join Talabat’s Talent & Culture team to treat talent architecture as a product, delivering authentic employee experiences at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design a portfolio of people experiences, from cultural rituals to growth moments, that empower employees to bring their whole selves to work.
• Collaborate with business leaders and People Partners to uncover unmet employee needs and translate them into product opportunities.
• Lead end‑to‑end discovery, from problem framing to solution validation, using interviews, data analysis and market insights.
• Rapidly prototype, test and iterate solutions that work across diverse roles, seniority levels and country contexts.
• Define success metrics, report on performance and make data‑driven decisions to scale or retire experiences.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably launching products for large internal user bases.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development and empowered product teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Passion for building world‑class employee experiences and a belief that culture is a competitive advantage.
