Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst who is fluent in Arabic to drive the development of our SaaS‑based insurance technology platform. The role bridges business needs, customer expectations, and technical delivery to create scalable, customer‑centric solutions, with a focus on motor insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the SaaS platform.
• Gather, analyse and prioritise requirements from customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain the product backlog, create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA and customer‑success teams to deliver high‑quality releases.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions and requirement‑gathering meetings in Arabic and English.
• Monitor feedback, adoption metrics and drive continuous product improvements.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning and product demos.
• Stay up‑to‑date with insurance industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in product ownership or senior business analysis, preferably in insurance technology.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to work remotely and travel to Bahrain for customer engagements.
