Product Project Manager (Bilingual Arabic/English)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Product Project Manager who can bridge the gap between client expectations and technical delivery. The ideal candidate will work directly with Arabic‑ and English‑speaking clients, translate their business needs into clear technical specifications, and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver functional MVPs on time.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and document client requirements.
• Convert business needs into technical specs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Define MVP scope, prioritize features, and break projects into actionable tasks for frontend, backend, AI, mobile, UI/UX, and QA teams.
• Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables while monitoring risks and blockers.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups, review completed work against requirements, and coordinate testing, client feedback, revisions, and final handover.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Prevent scope creep by distinguishing approved requirements from additional requests.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in software project management, product management, business analysis, or technical coordination.
• Proven ability to translate non‑technical client requests into clear technical requirements.
• Solid understanding of software development processes, databases, frontend, backend, mobile apps, AI systems, and third‑party integrations.
• Experience delivering MVPs, prototypes, or early‑stage digital products.
• Proficiency with project‑management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Linear, Notion, or Trello.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and follow‑up skills with high attention to detail.
