Product Specialist – Aesthetic Medical Device – Dubai

About the role

The Product Specialist will promote and sell Imdad's aesthetic medical devices to both new and existing customers across Dubai. The role combines consultative sales, in‑service training, and post‑sale support to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and create sales opportunities by prospecting clients and presenting product benefits versus competitors.
• Schedule appointments, conduct on‑site product demonstrations, and deliver training sessions for physicians and staff.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records, including ownership, equipment details, and contact information.
• Submit weekly reports on sales activities, competitor actions, and pricing changes.
• Assist with accounts receivable follow‑up for assigned sales accounts.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers, doctors, and clinic personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science, biomedical engineering, or a related scientific field.
• 2–3 years of experience selling aesthetic medical devices in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English.
