Product Specialist (Medical Devices)

About the role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a reputable medical device company to hire a Product Specialist for their Dubai team. The role focuses on driving sales and market growth for surgical and IVD products while providing technical support to healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales revenue, objectives, and targets for surgical products.
• Research market opportunities, improve product marketability, profitability, and increase market share.
• Build and maintain long‑term professional relationships with customers and address complaints with corrective actions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide guidance to customers and healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional, sales, and educational materials.
• Represent the company at events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, laboratory sciences, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience in IVD within the UAE (minimum 2‑3 years).
• Valid UAE driver’s licence and personal car.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
