Product Specialist – Medical & Surgical Equipment

About the role

Bayan Medical Company is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Product Specialist to help sell its medical and surgical equipment. The role combines sales promotion, technical support and customer service, with a focus on revenue growth and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical and surgical equipment, covering a full product line.
• Manage and coordinate sales activities and recommend improvements to current sales techniques.
• Provide expert knowledge and technical support, and support healthcare professionals in operating theatre environments.
• Implement a sales programme aimed at revenue growth and increased market share.
• Develop, implement and monitor the annual sales forecast to align with business goals.
• Maintain accurate customer information and deliver professional service to new and existing customers.
• Identify and target potential customers and generate leads.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering (preferred) or a related degree.
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in sales of medical and surgical equipment.
• Experience working in the UAE.
