Product (UX/UI) Designer – Banking Digital Experiences

About the role

99brightminds, which provides IT staffing, managed software teams, offshore development centers and digital transformation services, is hiring a Product (UX/UI) Designer for a leading banking project in the UAE. The role shapes customer-facing banking journeys, especially for loans, credit cards and retail banking, working with product managers, business stakeholders and developers to build user-centered, visually engaging experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-friendly and visually engaging digital banking experiences for loans, credit cards and retail banking products.
• Create and maintain user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.
• Translate business requirements, customer needs and product objectives into effective product experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, developers and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct or support user research, usability testing and design validation.
• Ensure consistency with the project's design system and UX/UI standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design and UI Design for digital products.
• Previous banking or financial services experience is mandatory.
• Experience with loans, credit cards or similar retail banking products is preferred.
• Must currently be based in the United Arab Emirates; ability to join as soon as possible is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Figma and modern UX/UI design practices.
• Good understanding of responsive design, user journeys, prototyping and usability principles.
• Strong experience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional product teams.
