About the role
The Cobbler is looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to join its Atelier team in Al Quoz, Dubai. You will be responsible for coordinating daily production activities, monitoring work‑in‑progress, tracking deadlines and preparing clear production reports.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production tasks and ensure smooth workflow across the workshop.
- Monitor work‑in‑progress and track deadlines to meet client expectations.
- Prepare and distribute regular production reports for internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between Production, Quality Control and Client Services teams.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in production coordination, manufacturing or workshop operations.
- Strong organizational, reporting and communication abilities.
- Ability to join immediately or on short notice.
- Experience in luxury services, craftsmanship or artisan‑based environments is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with production tracking systems.
