About the role
The Cobbler is seeking a highly organized Production Coordinator to join its Atelier team in Dubai. This role will support daily production flow, ensure timely delivery of work‑in‑progress and act as the communication hub between Production, Quality Control and Client Services.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production activities and monitor work‑in‑progress.
- Track project deadlines and update production schedules.
- Prepare and distribute regular production reports.
- Facilitate clear communication between Production, Quality Control and Client Services teams.
- Maintain production tracking systems and ensure data accuracy.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in production coordination, manufacturing, workshop operations or a similar environment.
- Strong organisational, reporting and communication abilities.
- Available to join immediately or on short notice.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with production tracking systems.
