Production Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Production Engineer to join Gradiant Manufacturing in Dubai. The role will oversee equipment, manpower, inventory and processes on the production floor, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards and health‑safety compliance for water‑treatment and chemical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Production Manager in planning and executing water‑treatment and chemical production projects.
• Develop weekly and monthly production plans, schedule personnel and control inventory to minimise waste.
• Prepare material requirements, raise requisitions/BOMs and coordinate with internal teams to secure necessary supplies.
• Ensure project delivery dates are met and conduct factory tests, inspections and snag corrections.
• Generate production reports and maintain up‑to‑date ERP entries.
• Provide technical support to engineering, review P&IDs and other technical documents, and recommend improvements.
• Train and develop production/service technicians and support site installation and commissioning activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and enforce HSE policies.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and oversee equipment maintenance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production engineering or manufacturing environments, preferably in water‑treatment or chemical sectors.
• Strong understanding of HSE practices and ISO quality and environmental standards.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage inventory and optimise production schedules.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting equipment and process issues.
