Production Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Production Graphic Designer to join UAEMADI International’s Creative & Production team in the UAE. The role focuses on turning concepts into high‑quality print and retail visuals, including POSM, packaging, and event displays. You will work closely with production, marketing, brand and events teams to ensure flawless execution.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt print collateral such as posters, flyers, wobblers, stickers, packaging sleeves and other POS materials.
• Prepare print‑ready files with correct dimensions, bleeds and colour profiles.
• Create 3D mock‑ups for counters, gondolas, displays, tester units and event structures.
• Collaborate with production, marketing, brand and events teams to maintain brand consistency across all physical touchpoints.
• Review vendor proofs and support the execution of production runs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in print production and POSM design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent knowledge of typography, layout, colour theory and print specifications.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
