Production Pharmacist Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Production Pharmacist Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations at Vieco Pharmaceuticals in JAFZA, Dubai. The successful candidate will ensure that all production activities comply with cGMP, company policies, and international quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations for tablets, capsules, syrups, ointments and creams.
• Ensure processes follow cGMP, SOPs and Good Documentation Practices.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well‑maintained equipment and work areas.
• Lead operators, provide training, and coordinate with quality, warehouse and engineering departments.
• Develop and update SOPs, BMRs, MMFs, BPRs and MPFs for new products.
• Monitor safety, environmental and health regulations and act on incidents.
• Facilitate sampling, inspections and documentation for quality compliance.
• Coordinate raw material receipt, equipment setup, preventive maintenance and calibration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, SOPs and GDP.
• Good computer literacy.
