Production Scheduler – PCBA (Manufacturing)

About the role

Eaton is seeking a Production Scheduler focused on PCBA to translate the Master Schedule into a detailed 1‑4 week operational plan for its Dubai manufacturing facility. The role ensures optimal loading of daily production, balances capacity constraints, and drives on‑time delivery while minimizing inventory and cycle time.

Key responsibilities

• Convert the Master Schedule into a weekly operational schedule aligned with internal manufacturing capacity.
• Level‑load daily production by analyzing resource capacity, material availability, and other constraints.
• Track Repairs SIOP files, forecast upcoming months, and monitor Aftermarket Repairs BOS metrics.
• Utilize Kinaxis to respond to exception messages and revenue‑risk scenarios.
• Participate in TOM meetings to address critical material issues and incorporate findings into planning.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Purchasing, SCM planners, Engineering, Quality, and other cross‑functional teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and develop standard work for scheduling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or supply chain.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Experience using Kinaxis (or similar advanced planning tools).
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience managing complex machined materials.
