HDPE Technician – Installation & Maintenance

About the role

TERRA CRESCENT FIRE & SAFETY is seeking a full‑time HDPE Technician to join its on‑site team in Dubai. The successful candidate will install, maintain and repair high‑density polyethylene (HDPE) piping systems that support fire protection and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install HDPE piping networks according to project specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and corrective repairs on existing HDPE systems.
• Conduct system testing and inspections to verify proper operation and detect defects.
• Operate specialized fusion equipment for pipe joining.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics and project documentation.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and fire‑protection standards throughout all activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience with HDPE piping installation, maintenance, repair and testing.
• Hands‑on experience operating fusion machines and reading technical drawings.
• Familiarity with safety standards related to fire protection and industrial piping.
• Strong teamwork and problem‑solving abilities, capable of collaborating with engineering teams on‑site.
• Relevant technical certifications or diplomas; HDPE fusion certification is preferred.
