Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead manufacturing lines to ensure optimal productivity, meet daily and monthly production targets, and uphold quality, safety, and efficiency standards. You will work closely with QA, R&D, and other functions to deliver products that satisfy customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production/manufacturing lines and maintain optimum productivity.
• Achieve monthly volume targets and adhere to SKU‑wise daily production plans.
• Monitor line performance, wastage, stock levels, and cost efficiencies.
• Prepare and present budget inputs, track actual costs against budgets, and identify cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, 5S, health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate the production team, providing developmental support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–6 years of relevant production or manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of maintenance activities and health & safety standards.
• Knowledge of quality control measures and standards.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
