About the role

Alain Mills is hiring an experienced Production Supervisor to join its wheat flour milling operations in Ajman, UAE. The role requires hands‑on expertise in wheat flour milling to oversee daily production activities and ensure operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities within the wheat flour milling facility.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor milling operations and support efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Maintain compliance with company safety procedures and operational standards.
• Prepare production reports and monitor equipment performance.
• Support continuous process improvements to enhance productivity.

Required profile

• Previous hands‑on experience working in a wheat flour mill is mandatory.
• UAE experience is preferred; however, relevant wheat flour milling experience from the home country is also accepted.
• Candidates currently outside the UAE are welcome to apply.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
