Production Support Team Leader

About the role

The PSM Team is a 7/24 technical service team and one of the core teams of the company, dealing with technical issues related to customer complaints, including databases, Java code, servers and other technical aspects. The Production Support Team Leader is responsible for system operation and maintenance, monitoring, incident handling and the analysis and resolution of business system code bugs.

Key responsibilities

• System operation and maintenance, including daily inspections, regular data backups and performance tuning
• Daily monitoring, alarm detection and handling of server operations in the information system, and quick diagnosis and resolution of network and system failures
• Analysis and resolution of business system code bugs
• Writing database scripts
• Development and maintenance of the team's internal projects

Required profile

• More than 2 years of system operation and maintenance experience, or more than 1 year of Java software development experience
• Good communication skills and language skills in Chinese and English
• Experience in system and network security is preferred

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Linux operating system and tools for tracking and diagnosing programs
• WebLogic and Tomcat installation, configuration, maintenance and tuning; knowledge of WebLogic performance indicators
• Oracle/MySQL, SQL writing, SQL performance optimization, data backup and recovery
• Spring and SpringBoot, with a Java development foundation and ability to review Java code
• Kafka, Redis, MyBatis, IDEA or Eclipse, Maven, SVN and Git
