Production/Factory Manager – Joinery & Woodworks

About the role

The Production/Factory Manager will lead the entire production process at Royal Wood Factory, overseeing joinery, woodwork, and fit‑out projects. You will ensure timely, high‑quality delivery while optimizing resources and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer orders and project deadlines.
• Allocate manpower, machinery, and equipment efficiently to maximise output.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure products meet standards.
• Control production costs, identify savings, and apply efficient methods.
• Lead, train, and motivate production teams, fostering a positive workplace.
• Drive continuous process improvements to boost productivity.
• Enforce health and safety protocols and ensure compliance.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Generate production reports and performance metrics for management review.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a joinery or wood‑working production environment.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale production operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
